Just wondering what weather is best 4 running in a track meet?
Is it better to run in a drizzle in the 50′s/60′s or on a partly cloudy day in the mid 50′s?

How do the weather experts know that a river is so many feet above flood stage when it is spread out?
Weather experts may say that the Mississippi is 20 feet above flood stage. How can they know this when the river is dispersed?

Does anyone know if The weather channel website or the National Weather Service website is more reliable?
www.nws.noaa.gov is the national weather service and www.weather.com is the weather channel. They often have differnt tempetures and forcast. I was wondering which is more reliable for local forcasting.
