I am planning to travel to either Puerto Plata or Punta Cana in September. Has anyone travelled during that time and knows how the weather is? Thanks!

We’re in the winter months right now and where I’m located it gets about 46-56 degrees with some sun and rains every now and then. So it’s not too bad. Is it ok to have some tint done on my car or should I wait in the spring when the weather gets better? Thanks for your answers.
